Naush Dinshaw

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Androk Global was founded in Melbourne, Australia

by Naush Dinshaw, a senior investment banker and

corporate strategy adviser with deep experience in

natural resources, infrastructure, mining and energy.

Naush brings a global perspective and deep understanding of the key strategic, commercial, governance and financing issues faced in corporate consolidation, restructuring and capital management. 

Naush has worked as an investment banking director at both Macquarie Group and ANZ Bank, where he headed the resource sector M&A advisory business. A trusted adviser to large Australian and multinational companies, Naush's expertise spans mergers, acquisition and divestment, cross-border transactions, project and structured finance, equity capital markets and institutional investor relations.

Prior to investment banking, Naush worked at diversified international mining company Rio Tinto in general management, finance, business development, operations and marketing roles, gaining extensive industry experience across a wide range of commodities.
